Electrical Installation

For existing domestic and business properties, Norcroft Electrical offer general maintenance and repairs, electrical upgrades and rewires; all the works required to bring your property up to the current wiring regulations (British Standards BS 7671).

Preparation

Before asking us to quote or estimate any work, it is always useful to write (or draw) exactly what you require. This will help us to build up a detailed estimate. If you do not know your exact requirements, or need help or guidance on any form of installation, we will be more than happy to offer our expert advice.

During Work

If, once the work has begun, you have any questions, concerns or wish to make changes to the original plans, please bring it to the attention of our fully qualified engineers carrying out the work.

Following Work

At the conclusion of any electrical installation work, you will receive a test certificate which includes data relating to to the work carried out, as well as a schedule of test results. This should be kept as proof that the work has been carried out to the current standards and as evidence that the property has been worked on by a competent contractor should you come to sell in the future.
